Pros

No perks you cannot get at literally any other agency in town. There are very talented people there, so you will work with some of the best. Unfortunately they won’t stick around, or they will get laid off due to executive incompetence.

Cons

This company has become a laughing stock. They are constantly laying off so many good, quality employees but everyone is buried in work. Upper executive management is absolutely clueless and has no direction. You will be beat over the head with billing, while half the company is a Director or above doing absolutely nothing and taking credit for all the hard work of the people working nights and weekends. Intouch used to be awesome, but the culture that made it that way is long gone.

Pros

Honestly, the only pro is the free la croix and donuts on Fridays.

Cons

Pharma and agency life aside, this is an insanely clique-y office and if you don't know someone, no one will give you the time of day. Help was literally non-existent, and they expected you to "just figure it out." However, if you got something wrong or did something the wrong way, the level of criticism and nastiness was remarkable, and definitely didn't foster a sense of unity or teamwork that Intouch loves to tote as one of their key pillars. They work you to the bone, but give you no support or guidance - or training for that matter. If you are one of the lucky ones to be part of a "team" then at least you have some semblance of work-life balance. If not, be prepared to work until 8/9pm every night because your day is so clogged up with unnecessary meetings that you can't get anything done during normal work hours. The turnover is insane, but they don't take any steps to make changes. If you are between a job at Intouch and another job - take the other job. Please.

Used to Be Great - Now, I'm Ready to Leave

Pros

A majority of the people that work within the company in the mid-level roles are very kind, friendly, and happy to help.

Cons

Culture-shock with EVERSANA merge: I'm tired of hearing them say it was a culture match. It was not. EVERSANA comes across cold, sterile, and old fashioned corporate. Promotions and bonus changes: It is insane how hard it is to get recognized financially here. With people getting laid off, taking on more work, and being here since 2019, it is so frustrating to see such slow financial growth. No holiday bonuses, instead offering us swag (do they not see all the posts on the internet making fun of the companies who do that, and how it shows little care to the worker). And pushing back promotion dates is gaslighting. Affiliate Leads Out of Touch & Cliquey: Pushing back to office without listening to feedback or reading the room. Teammates are uncomfortable voicing their opinions regarding return to office. Also, NY Account Team Leads are cliquey.
