Pros
Honestly, the only pro is the free la croix and donuts on Fridays.
Cons
Pharma and agency life aside, this is an insanely clique-y office and if you don't know someone, no one will give you the time of day. Help was literally non-existent, and they expected you to "just figure it out." However, if you got something wrong or did something the wrong way, the level of criticism and nastiness was remarkable, and definitely didn't foster a sense of unity or teamwork that Intouch loves to tote as one of their key pillars. They work you to the bone, but give you no support or guidance - or training for that matter. If you are one of the lucky ones to be part of a "team" then at least you have some semblance of work-life balance. If not, be prepared to work until 8/9pm every night because your day is so clogged up with unnecessary meetings that you can't get anything done during normal work hours. The turnover is insane, but they don't take any steps to make changes. If you are between a job at Intouch and another job - take the other job. Please.
