Chaos and disorganization are abundant; without defined organizational KPIs or consistent communication about expectations, it is difficult for staff to measure success. - Professional Growth: There is no established path for internal advancement. This lack of investment in staff makes the environment feel stagnant, regardless of an individual’s performance or dedication. - Culture & Retention: The workplace is characterized by low trust and excessive micromanagement. There is a troubling pattern of high-performing staff departing unexpectedly without justification, which has damaged morale and undermined institutional continuity.
