Support from other managers is the only saving grace.

Cons

Senior managers and hr are terrible. It’s ok when you are supporting them or handling disciplinary cases. However when you ask for support you are left to fend for yourself. Hr are next to useless. Numerous managers have been through no support, accusations and had grievances raised against them for following rules laid down by senior management.Hearing that other managers in other areas have had nervous breakdowns
