Cons

Benefits are not the best, you're expected to pay for some of them at a discounted rate but the salary is so low people don't bother opting for it. Moreover, you're asked to do quite a lot and expected to go above and beyond on such a limited time frame. Also, I was informed I would be doing emails and chats, when I first joined but every hour I'm constantly being told to go on phones, which is fine, here and there but it's constant.

The work culture here is incredible, you feel very supported by both your managers and the wider team. Managers are very encouraging when you want to learn something new. Great work life balance!

Cons

Salary is a little low especially for London based workers.
