Benefits are not the best, you're expected to pay for some of them at a discounted rate but the salary is so low people don't bother opting for it. Moreover, you're asked to do quite a lot and expected to go above and beyond on such a limited time frame. Also, I was informed I would be doing emails and chats, when I first joined but every hour I'm constantly being told to go on phones, which is fine, here and there but it's constant.
