We have great benefits with uncapped comms , 22 days PTO , 401k , weekly & monthly incentives and also flexible working. But most of all it's great to be part of this exciting , committed and friendly team

In Bound Leads, uncapped commissions, 8:15-5:30 every day, no late hours

Cons

Scheduled lunch. No flexibility with hours. Lots of micromanaging. Homegrown CRM is not sufficient. Harassing leads to buy products instead of trying to provide a great service. Open hostility towards taking sick days, doctors appointments and PTO. Commission is cut for each sick day. Poor benefits, no 401K, commuter, or voluntary.

Great training, even better coaching, very upbeat and fun atmosphere, Challenging and rewarding, they really make you feel like part of the team! Amazing people I get to work with everyday!

Cons

There is nothing here that I would consider a con.
