      We have great benefits with uncapped comms , 22 days PTO , 401k , weekly & monthly incentives and also flexible working. But most of all it's great to be part of this exciting , committed and friendly team

      Pros

      In Bound Leads, uncapped commissions, 8:15-5:30 every day, no late hours

      Cons

      Scheduled lunch. No flexibility with hours. Lots of micromanaging. Homegrown CRM is not sufficient. Harassing leads to buy products instead of trying to provide a great service. Open hostility towards taking sick days, doctors appointments and PTO. Commission is cut for each sick day. Poor benefits, no 401K, commuter, or voluntary.
