Pros

In Bound Leads, uncapped commissions, 8:15-5:30 every day, no late hours

Cons

Scheduled lunch. No flexibility with hours. Lots of micromanaging. Homegrown CRM is not sufficient. Harassing leads to buy products instead of trying to provide a great service. Open hostility towards taking sick days, doctors appointments and PTO. Commission is cut for each sick day. Poor benefits, no 401K, commuter, or voluntary.

Pros

A great team working together for the same goals both from a business perspective but more importantly from our members perspective. Also we are a company who adapts and progresses very well

Cons

After a number of years in the business i don't see any real cons. Maybe internal comms could be a little more joined up but that has improved recently
