Our Yardi values are based on trust, respect, and integrity. We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate against hiring anyone based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, physical or mental disability, or age. Everyone hired at any of our locations goes through the same screening process and is hired based on merit. Promotions are strictly merit based as well. We take pride in our culture and transparency and genuinely encourage anyone who feels they are not being treated properly to reach out to our VP of HR or Executive Vice President.
We are so glad to hear that you had such a positive internship experience at Yardi and that you found great opportunities to learn about tech sales. We strive to create an environment where interns feel supported, challenged, and empowered to grow, and your feedback reinforces that we are on the right track. Wishing you the best of luck!

Business Outlook
Pros
Yardi is working on updating their culture. Your coworkers are typically really helpful and great to work with. Everybody has to live somewhere and a lot of people rent in the residential or commercial space. The company is privately ran and really strives to have the best of everything for their clients. A high deductible health savings type of plan was added to the benefits this past year.
Cons
Typical corporate "You did great, but obviously we can't give you the top score because no one is perfect." On average annual raises feel sub par and do not meet the level of effort required to receive anything substantial. It feels like there is a push to eventually get back to the office while it's already been proven productivity hasn't decreased but actually improved.
