Pros
Wonderful team, compassionate boss, It was great to work for Jeff as he is a thoughtful, family-oriented, flexible leader. The current employees are all good people and excellent to work with, its a very welcoming working environment. The benefits and pay are spectacular, 100% paid for healthcare, dental offered, 401K matching, the works.
Cons
It's a small team, and when staffing faces shortages, employees are encouraged and expected to fill in for necessary roles until the role is filled, which can be stressful during fast and slow periods.
