Pros

The occasional trips to different cities are nice, depending on where you are. The company spends extravagantly on employees, you'll get the latest and greatest devices with 3 monitors if you ask. $5000 laptop just for Slack and Google Drive!

Cons

Sexism is rampant here and leadership is outright cocky. Leadership constantly throws their team under the bus to get ahead especially on the Customer Experience and Operations teams. Engineering dictates what gets done and the Product team is useless, they're just flailing to be relevant. Finance are required to pull all nighters once a week. The company knows how to spend, and Target got suckered into buying. Cursing is required to move up the ranks here. The amount of trash talk between leadership behind doors is quite appalling. I've never witnessed a leadership group willing to trash talk about each other in private this much. On the engineering side, there's a lot of technical debt and the team won't change because they know everything.

Could be solid gig work at times.

Cons

I got a notice about late deliveries. I had a day where I had multiple orders, and a terrible ice storm came in. It was challenging to get around, and I was in almost a half dozen different accidents, but I made all my deliveries. Even though I communicated with the customers, none had any issues, and some even gave generous tips, Shipt decided to give me a warning, and the next day, cancel my account. I appealed and explained about the weather and they didn't care. They only care about the on time delivery, not driver safety. When I tried to appeal further they won't even speak any more.
