Pros

From day one, roles and expectations are clearly defined — there's no ambiguity about responsibilities or scope, which makes it easy to hit the ground running. Leadership is transparent and genuinely responsive to employee feedback, and when something needs to change, it does. The culture here is exceptional. Training is thorough, and the energy from leadership — especially the CEO's enthusiastic "Let's Go!" at the close of every meeting — makes it easy to stay motivated and feel like part of something bigger. The company also values and invests in its people — I came on as a contractor and was brought on full-time, which says a lot about how they treat their talent.

Cons

No cons at this time. I came in as a contractor for 18 months before going full-time, so I had a solid sense of what to expect — and it's delivered on every front.

Pros

Inclusive, supportive and exciting company to be a part of. ServiceNow genuinely cares about its people and is laser-focused on its mission to be the defining enterprise software company of the 21st century. Proud and motivated by how my work each day contributes to making that vision a reality.

Cons

Joined SN as part of one of its many acquisitions which has been a challenging ride at times, but I've also grown as a result.

Pros

ServiceNow has some of the strongest leadership I’ve experienced, starting at the top. Bill McDermott is genuinely inspirational — he has the rare ability to energize teams while also being deeply clear on where the company is going and why. That clarity shows up everywhere. One of the biggest strengths is how effectively corporate strategy and narrative are pushed down to employees. The company does an exceptional job ensuring people at all levels understand the strategy, can articulate it, and see how their work connects to it — better than any company I’ve worked for. The organization is also able to pivot quickly when priorities shift, which keeps the work dynamic and relevant. There’s a strong sense of momentum, and people genuinely want to be here and contribute.

Cons

Like many fast-growing companies, the pace can be intense, and priorities can shift quickly, which may feel challenging for those who prefer longer planning cycles. Alignment is strong, but execution can sometimes feel compressed as teams move fast to keep up with strategic changes.
