Real Work-life Balance - Associate Consultant Ramboll Employee Review

I’m part of the mission critical team and everyone on the team is amazing. We have people that’s been here for over twenty years. So they have a lot of experience and are great at mentoring. There is definitely work life balance. I never feel overworked or that I can’t take PTO. My manager is super understand and is always looking for me to succeed

The pay is a bit low compared to other companies but not bad overall.

I have found the majority of employees at Ramboll to be collaborative and very enthusiastic about their work. The depth of experience across the company is impressive and humbling. The true commitment to improving sustainable practices is very inspiring. Working for a company that is owned by a Danish foundation is refreshing, and the commitment to support of employees is very obvious. I appreciate the work-life balance focus, especially the ability to work remotely.
