Job security for mechanical engineers

- Upper management in Wind and Energy created a fiasco and only look after themselves. - They lost touch with engineering and ramboll values. - Acquired a company with 150 people that was operating under a net loss and with a lack of projects in a geopolitical landscape where all our competitors were struggling. - A large amount of these incoming people already left Ramboll (either fired or by themselves) - 3 layoff rounds in one year (200+ people total). - zero accountability nor transparancy from upper management - Laid offs attributed to market conditions while most of us can see clearly upper management overplayed their hand.
