Pros

Flexibility on schedule, work from home, excellent leadership

Cons

Paid time off is earned, not advanced. 1.5 days a month earned. Schedules are pretty awful, split days off. Leads are rough but that is anywhere.

good pay if your a good sales person and work alone

Cons

no ongoing training, managed through call center metrics vs customer service. supervisors are just messengers and no one takes any responsibility, always passing the buck. Never heard a single recorded call in 2 years due to excuses from leadership so no best practice calls. You are cut off from speaking to mgmt. They schedule a meeting with 100+ agents, deliver info, then leave 5 mins for questions and never respond. Would not recommend!
