      Pros

      This is a UK based company so a great number of vacation days. During the start of covid we all went to work from home with very limited layoffs, seem to be listening to the suggested guidelines of the CDC.

      Cons

      At times there is some micro-management but that subsided since working from home. Quantity of calls and talk-time over quality sometimes seem to be preferred.

      Pros

      In Bound Leads, uncapped commissions, 8:15-5:30 every day, no late hours

      Cons

      Scheduled lunch. No flexibility with hours. Lots of micromanaging. Homegrown CRM is not sufficient. Harassing leads to buy products instead of trying to provide a great service. Open hostility towards taking sick days, doctors appointments and PTO. Commission is cut for each sick day. Poor benefits, no 401K, commuter, or voluntary.
