Cons

much of the output relied on existing insights rather than generating truly new thinking. There was a tendency to revisit known frameworks rather than push toward more innovative or differentiated approaches. Pros

The remaining OG coworkers are great people, with a lot of talent. Lunch in office is occasionally provided. In office only once a week.

Cons

What’s happened over the last 3 years is heartbreaking. The Intouch I started at was employee driven. We felt appreciated, seen, valued. Selling to Eversana, things went steeply downhill. Faruk sold his soul and is hardly ever seen these days. The number of incredibly talented people we’ve lost over the last couple years speaks volumes to the company’s priorities. The function on my team due to talent loss has plummeted our output and we will become at risk of losing business if this is not addressed across the entire agency.
