I initially got a phone call from an HR representative. She gave me a bit of information about the position, then afterward, scheduled another phone interview with the Regional Manager for the following day.
Standard questions about yourself, why the position, why the company. Pretty smooth and not surprise questions. Felt more like a conversation than an interview for me. Also was online and an in person.
