Multiple rounds starting with the recruiter sync, followed by hiring manager round, few individual rounds, an interview panel and then a final VP leadership round. Interview
I went through several rounds of interviews on various topics such as automotrice software dévelopment, program management or leadership. There was also a case presentation. The whole process was very smooth, I got regular feedback after my interviews and the team was very friendly and accomodating for the schedule. Although the preparation was a bit challenging, the interview process was a great way to engage with people at Wayve and project myself into eventually joining the adventure.
