I went through several rounds of interviews on various topics such as automotrice software dévelopment, program management or leadership. There was also a case presentation. The whole process was very smooth, I got regular feedback after my interviews and the team was very friendly and accomodating for the schedule. Although the preparation was a bit challenging, the interview process was a great way to engage with people at Wayve and project myself into eventually joining the adventure.

Multiple rounds starting with the recruiter sync, followed by hiring manager round, few individual rounds, an interview panel and then a final VP leadership round. Interview process was enjoyable and engaging. Wayve is truly a global company so a few rounds were early as 4am US time depending on interviewer availability.
