Unprofessional interview, and unfair. Being bilingual and many years of customer service experience they decided to pass due to many years of experience. The interviewer also looked unorganized and was bias.

Verizon interview process is smooth and short. Really gives a clear picture overall. Had a final decision within a week. Only a Recruiter screen and had to wait a week for an offer letter. Training starts about 2 weeks after.
