I applied online this past March and received an assessment link immediately after. I completed it the same day, and about a week later, I got an invitation for the ODVI. Ten days after submitting the ODVI, I received an invite for a virtual interview. I just finished the virtual interview yesterday, and to my surprise, I got the F2F invitation only 4 hours later!
I think I was lucky to have such a nice and friendly interviewer, but I also made a conscious effort to stay confident and keep a big smile throughout. I focused on active listening and used the Q&A session to ask insightful questions about UA that I had researched beforehand. The overall atmosphere was great!

I’ve made it to the pre-recorded or on demand interview and it was a great experience. You get to do practice questions which is a nice warm up. Can pause the session and come back if you need to and you can re-record your answers up to 3 times which is nice to get you comfortable with this type of interview.
