It was easy. lesson plaan and few questions with principal. They ggave me lesson plan. I had to teach for 20 minitues. After that quick interview with the principal. I also had to teach a class of 30-35 students.

Questions mainly focus on how you handle the class environment and why you are interested in teaching. There was also a demo class that you had to take, which I think was the main thing in the interview. You were then asked to critique yourself based on the demo class you taught and then the interviewees will critique it.,
