      Great families, great children, and you can meet some pretty decent people.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations, constantly changing expectations or “the bar” without adequately preparing staff for pivots, but then observing frequently to shallow feedback that is conflictual amongst leaders. Allows leaders to step into roles without adequate development. Resulting in inappropriate & unprofessional experiences

      Incredibly overwhelming workload, micromanaging, too-strict disciplinary policies that focus on compliance rather than building community, strict scripted curriculum, long hours, endless list of deliverables
