The process is slow. 1st interview is a recruiter screening. It may be another couple weeks before 2nd and 3rd interviews. They ask situational questions eg. tell me about a time when...and they appreciate responses in STAR format: Situation, Task, Action, and Result. Interviews are often conducted virtually with cameras on.
A long of Interview process that begins with an initial screening call then another interview that's more extensive etc. and Pre-employment process takes a bit of time with the background checks which is very extensive from my experience
Three interviews before job offer! Very extensive. Pay non negotiable. Recruiter somewhat hard to deal with. You won’t hear anything for days and then they will randomly tell you you have another interview scheduled.
