Here are the most commonly searched roles for interview reports -
The recruiter initially reached out to me via LinkedIn, expressing interest in my profile. Following our initial exchange, they continued the conversation on WhatsApp, where we briefly discussed potential opportunities. Shortly after, we had a short call to go over further details. However, after that interaction, the recruiter ceased all communication without any explanation, failing to provide any follow-up or closure regarding the process. This abrupt disappearance was highly unprofessional, as it demonstrated a lack of respect for my time and effort. Clear communication, even if just to inform a candidate that they are no longer being considered, is a fundamental aspect of professional courtesy in recruitment.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Straumann Group
Interview
About 20 hours total. Started with with recruiter then phone / zoom / in person with various team members across the company with recruiter check in every step, then a 2 month or so delay then they requested a 2 more hours of zoom interviews. I pulled out during the delay but they reached back out anyways so not sure if there would have been more.

But the process took very long, 1 month in between the first and second interviews. Eventually there was no updates regarding the result and the company did not reply to any follow up communications.
Hi there,
thank you for your feedback - it is highly appreciated.
We must admit that sometimes the process needs still too much time.
Finding suitable timeframes for an interview is sometimes challenging because we want candidates to meet all relevant persons and no one here is bored.
We try to avoid bringing people more often than necessary to the office. This is the reason why we need sometimes a little bit more time to plan it.
I agree with you that communication during the process could be improved. We are working on this, not at least with a new tool that will help us to become better here.
Again, thank you for the feedback. If you want to share anything else or have questions that I could answer feel free to contact me at marcus.fischer@straumann .com.
Sorry that we did not come together at the end.
Wishing you all the best for your next career step.
Greetings from Basel
Marcus Fischer
