Hi there, thank you for your feedback - it is highly appreciated. We must admit that sometimes the process needs still too much time. Finding suitable timeframes for an interview is sometimes challenging because we want candidates to meet all relevant persons and no one here is bored. We try to avoid bringing people more often than necessary to the office. This is the reason why we need sometimes a little bit more time to plan it. I agree with you that communication during the process could be improved. We are working on this, not at least with a new tool that will help us to become better here.
