Preliminary recruiter's phone screen asking me a few beginning-stage questions such as why I was interested and why sales, why my last job ended and how job search was going, and explained that it would go on to other phone screens with Recruiters.

Intro call: They gave a :30 window, which I assumed meant they would call at the beginning of that window. No, waited until 5 minutes before the end of the call. Asked me some basic confirmation questions and then asked me what other companies I was interviewing with. When I pushed back on this question as it seemed highly inappropriate, interviewer pulled back and then I got a notice the next day that I wouldn't be moving forward with the process.
