two step hiring process. Started with online application, received telephone call from recruitment, met with requirement in person, arranged meeting with unit staff member. Invited to a interview day with several candidates interested in the program. Panel answered questions related to experience from previous residents.
Quick and seamless from start to finish. Will receive an email stating app has been received. Can expect pre-screening call from recruiter if you meet expectations followed by a scheduled interview

Very relaxed environment. Just had a conversation, the nurse manager was very laid back and very eager. They were looking for RNs with experience, since they had a recent high turnover and had hired a many new graduates and also had many travelers.
