I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Salford, North West England, England)
Interview
Relatively straightforward. It began with an initial phone call with a recruitment manager, where I was asked about my future career goals, what I aspire to become, and why I was interested in Enterprise.
This was followed by a Zoom interview that focused on competency-based questions, assessing skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
The final stage involved a branch visit, where I had the opportunity to observe day-to-day operations, followed by a face-to-face interview with a regional manager.
Application

Question 1
What is the difference between good and excellent customer service?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Leeds, England) in Nov 2015
Interview
Interview process was very long in my experience. First stage was an online application, followed by a phone interview, face to face interview, branch placement day until the final assessment centre. I don't think they make it clear from the start the amount of hours they expect you to work, and I was never told the salary. The interviews were very competency based. Lots of questions related to sales, leadership, team work, customer service etc. Some questions were very similar so it was hard to think of loads of different examples. I found it useful to take note of each of the questions after each interview and think of better examples as I went along, as a lot of the same questions came up again at each stage. Don't apply if you don't think you would definitely take it! I wasted so much time, as it takes them ages to get back to you after each stage. Overall I found the interview process quite unorganised.

Question 1
Name a time you've had to compete against your colleagues to get what you want? Name a time you've done something innovative? Gone the extra mile? Had to sell a product someone might not want? Given particularly good customer service? Had to improve a product or service? Had to deliver bad news to someone?
