Interview
There was a critical thinking and engineering style quiz that was very challenging in all the right ways. Its purpose was to evaluate how the interviewee thought and approached critical thinking. During the interview itself the interviewers went over the quiz and asked why you answered a certain way and tried to give you more scenarios based on the initial question. It was very interesting and a fair way to interview, I really enjoyed it.
