1- Collaborative Environment I really appreciated the collaborative atmosphere at Ecosystem, where cross-functional teamwork was encouraged and supported. 2- Learning Opportunities The role offered hands-on exposure to SAP, Redmine, Nice, Citrix and AVAYA, which enhanced my skills. 3- Supportive Leadership The managers provided clear guidance and were open to feedback, creating an environment of mutual growth.

Cons

1- High Expectations Under Tight Deadlines While the environment was exciting, it sometimes meant handling multiple priorities under tight deadlines. It taught me to refine my time management and multitasking skills. 2- Limited Resources in Some Projects Some projects had resource constraints, which required problem-solving and collaboration to meet objectives.
