Interview
Initial discussions with HR covered details of fit with job roles - fairly good feeling of fit. In person interview process was poor - interviewer did not want to discuss role or relevant skills but rather focused on "Google Style" logic questions. Ecosystem failed to follow up as promised post interview. Left interview completely uninterested in working there.

You have a remote controlled car with transmitter and receiver which are unknown if each was left on/off. How many times do you have to toggle the switches to determine if each is on/off.

The interview starts with the interviewer introducing himself, then proceeds to talk about what the company has done. Then explain the job description of what you applied for and then the interview starts after that

Interview
There are several components to the Ecosystem interview process. I had to get on a phone call with HR and then had an aptitude test in which I had to answer some "common sense" questions and some engineering questions.
