Online assessment, then recruiter call, and two part (3 interviews each) onsite. You only move on to day 2 of onsite if you did well in day 1. After that it goes to hiring committee if you did well on part 2. The recruiters at this company are extremely dishonest. Mine was gaslighting and misleading me into thinking I was doing well and that there was an offer incoming, but I got rejected after a long wait. The hiring manager was equally two-faced and duplicitous. I heard all of the following from recruiter "feedback looks great, congrats!!", "feedback looks positive! You'll hear from us early next week!", and from HM in interview "we need someone with your skills and background!" and "we will reach back to you soon!". Only to find 2 weeks later after no comms that the team was "weighing their options" and that "concerns/feedback was highlighted at committee" -> translation they went with someone else and kept me "warm" with dishonest bs.
