3 stage process; internal recruiter, manager, and managers manager. All very friendly and polite. We focused on culture fit, can I do the job, and motivations. It was probably one of the best interview experiences I’ve had. They knew what they wanted and I knew what I wanted and we found a match. I did a presentation and I was made to feel that I was being heard and that I was doing well.
