I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Adobe (São Paulo, São Paulo) in May 2025
Interview

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Adobe (Toronto, ON) in Jun 2025
Interview
I had one screening call and then an interview with a potential peer which went really well.
I then had an interview with the hiring manager who introduced themselves and then stated they were retiring and I was not going to work with them.
They then went on to speak about themselves for 10-15 mins, when I went into my presentation I was cut off several times which stopped me from going into my pros, cons and how I cover all parts of my experience and transferable skills.
They then had a hard stop because of a meeting which really stunted the conversation.
I then waited two weeks with follows up in between with the recruiting manager who was typically very responsive just for them to give me a rejection because of a 'person with closer experience' even though I had all the experience needed and no real feedback.
