They follow a very strict process and don't consider anything apart what they want to know, also they are very rude when it comes to feedback and selection they also are very centric to what they want to know does not matter what you experience is.
It was easy but took more than a day. There were three rounds hr round vna and technical. Hr was to shortlist, vna for voice and technical for basic knowledge
