Very good experience despite not being selected. Serious and professional HR contact, although there was no response to my last email asking for additional information for not being selected.
Second interview was a bit long, but I think they wanted to cover all aspects.

Question 1
Typical questions regarding skills and experience with HR and more in-depth during second interview. Nothing surprising
Quite straightforward, with HR, hiring manager, DVP. Was F2F in SG office. Usually TA would reach out to schedule timings and check availability. Overall like to see candidate deal with complexity and uncertainty in a matrix organisation
First round with HR. Next round with hiring department, but none had looked at my resume, but tried to fake that they had. So there was a lot of awkward silence. That's a very bad sign
