Access to Mental Health Care increased across industries in 2023 according to Glassdoor Benefits Review data. The share of employees reporting that their company offered Mental Health Care benefits increased by 1 percentage point to 66 percent between 2022 and 2023. It is sharply higher relative to pre-pandemic rates across all industries except for Government & Public Administration where it was already very high.

Most major industry groups reported an increase in access to Mental Health Care benefits, but the largest increases were in Aerospace & Defense; Construction, Repair & Maintenance; Human Resources & Staffing; and in Personal Consumer Services. There were small declines in access in Telecommunications; Transportation & Logistics; Real Estate; and Media and Communications.
