Opportunity to make good money some weeks (very location dependent) Travel the country Easy to get a Trainer promotion Working with churches if you like that crowd Little to no professional experience needed, little to no professionalism required, easy way to build portfolio

Cons

Coworkers may not be professional Pay is inconsistent Managers are pulled thin and as a result you get stuck putting out fires for them The company relies on a turn and burn type employment system, they'll use you until you've gotten fed up, while I was there the average new hire lasted 1-3 months, Only a small handful of people stayed over a year. Last minute scheduling, they'll require 2 months notice if you want time off but not give you a schedule till the week before. Inadequate compensation for wear and tear on car
