Good Projects, Bad Culture

Pros

VERY good projects from big & Start-up companies.

Cons

First, feels like slavery. 9.5 hours a day for 7,500 a month for the first year. INSANE. Second, there's always a bad feeling in the office. Can't survive more than a couple of months. The CEO is also the salesperson, the Team Lead, etc. He does everything and is putting pressure on him, reflecting on the employees.

Pros

They take people without work experience, that's why the company helps a lot of people at the beginning of their career

Cons

The work is 9 and a half hours every day and even though it is written that it is allowed to arrive until 10:30 every day, if you arrive too early they get mad at you. The manager usually yells at the employee in front of everyone. Working from home is usually not approved. There is no overlapping process (even though you have no experience) straight away they send you to tasks and get mad at you when you do something wrong.
