Pros

Inclusive, supportive and exciting company to be a part of. ServiceNow genuinely cares about its people and is laser-focused on its mission to be the defining enterprise software company of the 21st century. Proud and motivated by how my work each day contributes to making that vision a reality.

Cons

Joined SN as part of one of its many acquisitions which has been a challenging ride at times, but I've also grown as a result.

Cons

Silos for work at times. Poor communication between lines of leadership at times. Some line managers better at driving accountability than others.
