      - nice people, both among colleagues and managers - learning opportunities (courses, mentoring, etc.) and consideration for the desired career/technological path - flexible schedule - various relaxation and socializing events - well-established management tools and work environment

      Cons

      - experience varies greatly depending on the project and team - lack of well-established standards and procedures at the company level - poor management of employees between projects Depending on the person (needs, experience, professional desires), on the career side, the company can be hit or miss.

      Everything is great, Great place to learn. They will trained us first and then put uss on client role. Good perks, salary on time.

      Cons

      No team building, nor group team outting. Work life balance depends on clients.
