Worst company ever

Pros

Outside relationships that have been formed with several co workers

Cons

The corporate blinders that are in place within the company prevent them from recognizing the potential in many of their employees. Having full knowledge that an employee has the skill set and ability to perform a certain position, but not allowing them the opportunity based solely on the reason that their current job description does not include that experience is only hurting the company. They hold people back and under utilize employees that could be a great asset. They continually allow those in the office or management to make mistakes and place the blame on others. They allow certain people to move into positions they are not qualified for nor do they have the credentials specified on job description. They turn down and pass up the employees that do have the qualifications.

Pros

There are not many. The building is nice. You will learn a lot in a short period of time because the company tries to move too fast.

Cons

They will have you working 24/7/365 including holidays without any mention of it in the job interview or job description. They no longer value people and they believe the low eNPS scores (sub 60%) are just people acting out due to an inability to leave, but we are at full employment so these are actually loyal employees trying to be heard because they know what the organization was 3-4 years ago. Management has turned arrogant and those that aren’t are too afraid to stand up. They preach diversity, awareness, inclusion, and pay transparency. Unfortunately when you look at the C suite there is no diversity at all! They are only chasing tax credits. No time to improve! They keep spinning the same old wheel faster and faster then they’re surprised when it breaks. Pointing to the people as the problem.

Pros

Makes pretty much any job after working there seem like a dream job.

Cons

•Was the absolute worst company I have EVER worked for. Hands down. •Organization is practically non-existent. •Management is not only incompetent, but rife with toxicity and outright abusive practices. •Retaliation is not only normal, but expected. • I had witnessed illegal activity on more than one occasion. To the point where I'd be genuinely surprised if they WEREN'T bribing the FDA to remain operational. (I'd flat out refuse the use of any equipment produced by them in a medical setting.) • I could go on, but this would turn into an actual novel.
