Pros

A few coworkers were great to work with, the kind who kept you sane during rough weeks.

Cons

DON'T WORK HERE, it will destroy your career. Raises felt almost insulting, and over time it hit me that i was effectively earning less than when i started. Responsibilities kept piling up with zero compensation to match, and no one could clearly explain who was even making decisions anymore. Management layers slowed everything down while still expecting impossible service targets. Benefits were unreliable at best, especially when promised contributions just didn't happen. Support was minimal, growth felt nonexistent, and the whole place started to feel like a machine squeezing every ounce out of people.

Pros

Nothing to say much honestly but nothing great to share

Cons

Worst mistake of my life was accepting the offer to work here. Pay barely moves while the workload keeps piling up, and the perks look worse the longer you stay. Money issues pop up way too often which start to feel unethical real quick. Promises about bonuses or matches turn into a lie once you dig into the details. Leadership carries a bad attitude and keeps rotating, so nothing feels stable or supported. Feedback feels more like damage control, and the pressure can slide into abusive behavior. This is one of those jobs you should avoid unless stress is something you enjoy.
