      Total compensation, benefits and maybe the brand name on your resume.

      Cons

      Anything you can think of a miss managed company: no vision and strategy, no innovation, lagging products, poor leadership, toxic environment, no career growth, stock decline and many more! Alex Chris did a terrible job with new executives that have absolutely no clue about technology. Stock performance is a reflection of all of the above!
