      Shocking behaviour by leadership. The company is outgrowing the team sizes, little acknowledgment of the amazing work done by teams. only justifications on why it’s busy but no actual change. Maybe it will happen in the future. Little impact by middle management, everything needing to be signed off by the CEO. Zero benefits. No bonus, no healthcare, no flexi time. Great people are due promotions but instead get burned out.

      5 stars for the best team and staff discount is great.

      Cons

      Management can be very demanding and micromanage, not much opportunity for growth, lack of training and sometimes doing more work than what your role description says.
