pay is low for the amount of time you have to answer the phone and emails after work. i feel like you cap out salary wise quickly. not clear on reviews or when they will be

Pros

Office work is unbearable when you are on a campus designed for 1000 employees and only a handful are still required to come onsite. Complain about it once after 6 years and they let you go work from home for someone else.

Cons

No work from home. Pay is not commensurate with coworkers. There is a military style uniformity in this group. If you didn't fall into the ranks for the US at some point in your career you don't mean anything here.
