Pros
All the bad sides of working for a non-profit, with none of the perks, plus the bad sides of working for a profit-based company, with much lower salaries.
Cons
Staff are required to clock in and out of every single task. Timesheets are micromanaged. Management doesn't adequately budget for time. Staff are expected to perform like robots, with no padding around tasks. Toxic workspace. Constructive negative criticism is not allowed. Management is chaotic and all over the place. Management is very very stingy. Inadequate time allotted for education purposes, and no budget for staff development. Inadequate benefits package.
